This service gives you support during the final phase of planning — we help you organize and refine your timeline, review vendor contracts, confirm details, coordinate logistics, and then execute everything on the day of. It’s a fuller experience for couples who want guidance and peace of mind in the weeks leading up to the wedding. ⏱ Typical Hours Included Phase Hours Planning transition & vendor review 3–5 hrs Multiple calls / check-ins 3–6 hrs Drafting/updating timeline & floor plan 3–5 hrs Rehearsal & weekend support 2–4 hrs Wedding day coordination 10–12 hrs Post-event breakdown supervision 1–2 hrs Total Typical Hours 22–34 hrs 📋 Tasks Included ✔ All Day-of Coordination services, plus: ✔ Vendor recommendations and sourcing guidance ✔ Vendor contract review (read contracts & identify missing items/risks) ✔ Logistics planning with vendors ✔ Multiple planning calls to confirm details ✔ Draft & revise timeline (multiple versions) ✔ Communicate directly with vendors throughout final planning phase ✔ Confirm orders, deliveries, and setup needs ✔ Advise on décor layout, rentals, ceremony logistics, flow ✔ Assist with problem-solving leading up to event ✔ Help finalize guest count & floor plan 🧠 What It Does Not Usually Include ✘ Full planning (like full design planning 6–12 months out) ✘ Vendor contract negotiation fees ✘ Venue walkthroughs months before (unless added)
